2007 World Series of Poker update

The WSOP is coming to close with only the main event still  left. A superstars won bracelets this week:

Bill Edler won Event 45, No-Limit Hold’em/Six Handed.

Event 48, 2-7 Triple Draw Lowball (Limit) w/Re-buys was won by Rafi Amit (another Israeli/Jew!).

Robert Mizrachi won the $10,000 World Championship Pot-Limit Omaha event – the third most prestigious event at the World Series. Robert is Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi’s brother, last year’s CardPlayer Player of the Year.

Event 53, Limit Hold’em Shootout was won by Ram Vaswani – the Hendon mobster.

Erik Seidel won his 8th bracelet in Event 54, World Championship No-Limit 2-7 Draw Lowball w/Re-Buy.

Scotty Nguyen is doing well in the main event, but there’s still so far to go till the end. Having a nice chip stack at this stage of the competition hardly means a thing.
